Questions about maintenance in Paris
Why annual rather than monthly?
Because serious maintenance is a long cycle: updates, seasonal checks, restore drills. A prepaid annual plan costs less than the sum of the months and lets us schedule rather than react.
What if the site is compromised?
Cleanup and restore are included in the Pro and Premium plans. On Base they are billed as work.
Do you have an office in Paris?
