The challenge
A family business active since 1926 with a solid local reputation, but an online presence that failed to catch anyone searching for «roller shutter repair Florence» at the moment the shutter actually broke. The problem was not recognition: it was being there in the instant of urgency.
What we did
- Site architecture built on real search intent: one page per type of job, not an undifferentiated product list
- A dedicated emergency call-out section, with phone and WhatsApp reachable from every screen
- Portfolio with real photographs from actual jobs
- Blog to catch the informational searches that precede the call
- Contact form with delivery verified, not merely configured
- LocalBusiness structured data with the service area declared
